Psychological interventions
Clinical process in online groups
The proliferation of online group therapies, which has increased in recent years in order to adapt to the social restrictions dictated by policies to contain the pandemic, has been and continues to be the subject of a lively debate in which changes, barriers and resources are discussed. However, although online group therapies have grown rapidly in popularity in recent years, research in this area needs further input. Indeed, to date, research in this area has included few contributions that have investigated the effectiveness of online psychodynamic therapy, as well as few that have explored the main factors associated with group therapy outcomes in the online context.
The study adopts a qualitative method by exploring the themes that emerge spontaneously during the group sessions, thus fulfilling another need in this research, which concerns the analysis of the subjective aspects that occur during the therapeutic process. The aim is therefore to increase knowledge about online group therapy by analysing the clinical reports of the first nine months after the creation of a therapeutic group through a qualitative investigation, in order to obtain results that can contribute to knowledge about the therapeutic group dynamics.
The HUB enables the collection and sharing of study results and lab innovations within the 4 pillars of sustainability: human, environmental, social and economic. In fact, Sustainability arises when human, social, environmental and economic needs can be met simultaneously without neglecting the others, in a mutual synchrony.

Specifically, human sustainability concerns the care and development of the human component of an organization and society at large. Environmental sustainability, on the other hand, focuses on preserving the environment and using resources more rationally, taking into consideration long-term effects, enabling economic growth and reducing/eliminating damage to the natural environment. Social sustainability, on the other hand, focuses on inclusiveness, equality, and improving social relations, aiming to ensure the well-being, cohesion of members of a group and society at large. Finally, economic sustainability is about a circular rather than linear model of economy, less focused on immediate profit, but with a long-term view of resources (human, material and environmental).
